The Hunt Tester™ G5 (HT) delivers jaw-dropping performance as the largest model in the Zinger Winger™ lineup. Standing 69" tall (down from 72" in the G4 Series) and weighing only 17 lbs, the HT G5 is easier to carry in and out of the field and simpler to transport in smaller vehicles.
The reduced overall size also helps cut shipping costs. The Hunt Tester™ G5 ships in a smaller box, avoiding oversize fees that affected earlier models. Even with the smaller footprint, performance is fully maintained—rubber length has been modified to generate the force needed to launch the heaviest birds. The result is an eye-popping mark with a hang time long enough to test even the steadiest dogs—be ready.
The HT G5 launches ducks, pheasants, pigeons, Dokkens, bumpers, and live flyers. Folded flat, it measures 69" x 1.5" x 25" and allows quick changes to direction, arc, and height for precise training setups. New to the HT G5 is the ability to choose between three different throw options. An optional carrying case is also available.

The remote-ready Hunt Tester™ G5 is built with heavy-duty hinges and rubber tubing, plus three sets of anchor hooks to fine-tune height and distance settings. It also includes our exclusive servo-actuated Multi-Shot Sound™ release mechanism, capable of firing 209, .22, and .32 caliber blanks.
The shot fires at the moment the mark is launched, helping your dog track the bird as it sails through the air. This improves marking success, increases the odds of a clean find, and builds confidence. For a louder report, the .22 and .32 ports deliver extra volume. .32 blanks are similar to a 12-gauge report and are ideal for Field Trial-type marks. The winger can also be operated without a blank for a silent launch.
