Protect, moisturize, and provide soothing relief to wounds and topical skin issues on your pet. Our antimicrobial hydrogel adheres to the affected area to cool and protect while helping to keep the wound clean and free from potential infection. The gel formula makes it easy to clean those hard-to-reach areas on your pet and is an excellent choice for wound dressings. In-vitro testing shows microbial inhibition for a broad range of microorganisms such as MRSA, yeast, and staph.

Vetericyn Plus® All Animal Antimicrobial Hydrogel is designed to adhere to the site of application, creating a barrier for the wound. The gel sprays in a fine mist and gels on contact to cling to the site and immediately provide soothing relief and protection. The hydrogel provides the optimized moisture (not too wet or too dry) to maximize the wound healing environment while helping to keep dirt and debris out of the area. Vetericyn Plus® Antimicrobial Hydrogel will not cause dermal irritation and is safe for use in sensitive areas. For best results, we recommend flushing and cleansing the wound with Vetericyn Plus® Wound and Skin Care liquid before applying the hydrogel.

HOW TO USE -

Shake well before use. Move excess hair from the wound area. Clip if necessary. Adjust the spray nozzle and saturate the affected area. If dressing is required, saturate dressing with Vetericyn Plus® Wound & Skin Care liquid or Antimicrobial Hydrogel at each dressing change. Repeat 3-4 times per day or as necessary. Faster healing is achieved when wounds are cleaned and maintained moist. No rinsing is necessary. Safe for use around mouth, nose, ears, and eyes. For best results, first, clean the affected area with Vetericyn Plus® Wound & Skin Care liquid to ensure deep dermal cleansing and proper wound bed preparation.
