We want you to be satisfied, so as our Guarantee Policy states:
"You must be satisfied. If not, return the goods within 30 days and a replacement, substitution or refund (your choice) will be en-route to you as soon as we receive the returned merchandise."
This is Dogs Unlimited's promise to you, our valued customer.
To be eligible for a return, items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. Items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's container, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
If you are requesting a refund, once your return has been inspected by our Returns Department and all is in order we will complete the refund process within the next 10 business days.
If you would prefer to exchange an item we will gladly ship you a replacement product and charge you shipping accordingly. For your protection, when returning an item we highly recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation or tracking option. We suggest using a mailing service that offers tracking capability such as UPS, FEDEX, or the USPS (with the USPS you must request a tracking number) to insure that the items you send are able to be tracked to our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any return shipment that is lost or damaged in transit to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return.
We also understand that sometimes you just can't get items returned within the 30 days. If for any reason you are not happy with your item after our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee we will gladly offer a replacement, substitution or store credit (our choice) on a case by case basis less the possibility of a 20% restocking fee.
OUR CUSTOM SHOP GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
We strive to do the best that we can do in every aspect of our business, and the DOGS Unlimited Custom Shop is no different. However, when you order from the Custom Shop we are making a product just for you -- to your specifications and your dimensions. So, because a custom order is just that -- CUSTOM-- we will not be able to offer our return policy for any item that comes out of the DOGS Unlimited Custom Shop.
We regret that we are unable to provide a refund for items which have been used or damaged.
When you purchase products that offer nameplates or other personal customization, whether FREE with the item or as an option for purchase and decide to return the item for a replacement, substitution or refund the value of the nameplate or customization will not be reimbursed in any form. Additionally, there is a fee to remove a nameplate or other customization from any item that is returned.
Any item that is returned for a refund/exchange which was purchased with a FREE SHIPPING offer your refund will be the purchase price of the item less our cost of shipping your order.
If, for any reason, there is a difference of $5.00 or less in your favor DOGS Unlimited will classify this as a store credit and it will be used as a credit on your next purchase.
