This is the best bird bag I have seen its durable, the perfect size, and easy functioning. Allows single hand manipulation to open and close. The only bag I would use

It has worked well for three years. I like the size. I also like the ability to open and close the mouth of the bag with one hand. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing this type of equipment.

I've got one that's 20+ years old. DU just replaced the spring snap on it, and I think I'm good for another 20! The best thing about this bag is that the opening is large enough to get birds in and out, but not so large that it's easy for them to escape when you're getting another bird out.

This is an excellent product. I have two 8 inch (Great for Quail); two 10 inch (Great for Pigeons, Chukars and Quail); a couple of 12 inch (Great for Pheasants but also good for Chukar and Pigeons). I love the pockets, excellent for gloves, surveyors tape, shoe string, blank pistol and small retrieving dummies. However, I would add a snap or velcro closure to use if needed to prevent spillage of items. I would also add a snap or Velcro closure for the "spring open" top to keep pheasants from popping it open if they thrash around while in the bag. Best wishes for your Dog, Dr. Gerald K. Majors (DVM)

The Game Steward's Bird Bag is great. We have had one for over a year now and use it almost every weekend for training and for bird planting during hunt tests. The brass snap is perfect for attaching to a saddle when planting birds at field events.
